Where We Ship
We currently ship to the continental United States and continental Canada. Please note that we are unable to deliver to non-mainland areas (such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) or to PO Boxes.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business day after we accept your order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Electric Scooters & Electric Off-Road Motorcycles
  Shipped from our local warehouses in the U.S. or Canada.
  Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days.

• Accessories
  Most accessories are shipped directly from China.
  Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days.
  Please allow extra time during holidays or peak seasons, as delays may occur.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
